Courier feature now available on AVS car alarms
Here at AVS we know that if you’re in and out of your vehicle all day doing deliveries stopping the car and arming the alarm wastes precious seconds. So now we have the answer!
Released in April 2009, the new generation AVS S-Series (AVS S5, S4, S3) and A4 car alarms have a built in courier feature. You’ll be able to leave the car running for as long as you need to, with the keys in the ignition. Simply keep the remote with you, arm the alarm as you walk away, disarm on your return to the car, hop back in and drive away!
If the alarm is triggered while it is armed it will shut down the car and the siren will sound.
With most vehicles no extra installation time is needed. Check with your AVS installer first.
