Trading hours: Trading hours are business hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Orders will be processed once payment confirmation is received from Paypal. If confirmation is received by 3pm during business hours the order will be processed the same day. Orders outside these hours (including public holidays) will be processed the next business day.
New Zealand sales only: You must be located in New Zealand to purchase products on the AVS website.
Trade not supplied: Unless otherwise agreed, you may not purchase products through the AVS website for the purpose of resale.
You are liable for every order: You are liable for every order made under your Member login. It is important that you remember to never share your Member login with any other person. Orders may not be retracted once placed. By placing an order, you warrant and represent that you have the legal right to enter into the sale transaction.

Currency: Prices are displayed in New Zealand currency.
Prices inclusive of GST and delivery: Prices are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax. New Zealand wide delivery is also included.
New Zealand delivery: Orders are delivered within New Zealand by courier AND MUST BE SIGNED FOR. Manta Electronics Ltd shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery is authorised to do so on behalf of the customer. If no one is available to sign for delivery at the time the courier calls, the courier will not be able to leave your package. Rural addresses can take longer for delivery. We are not able to deliver orders to New Zealand Post Boxes.
Delays to delivery: Notwithstanding any other term, Manta Electronics Ltd shall not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis, whether the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Manta Electronics Ltd or otherwise.
